Comienza el juicio oral por el crimen del decorador de Susana Giménez, ahogado en 2009
Dos hombres comenzarán mañana a ser juzgados en los tribunales de La Matanza por el crimen de Gustavo Lanzavecchia, el decorador de Susana Giménez que murió ahogado en 2009 tras ser maniatado y arrojado a la pileta de su casa, en la localidad bonaerense de Lomas del Mirador.
Se trata de Roberto Leiva (29) y Freddy Chena Paredes (20), paraguayo, ambos acusados de “robo en poblado y en banda en concurso con homicidio agravado criminis causa”, es decir, matar para ocultar otro delito y lograr la impunidad.
El debate estará a cargo del Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal (TOC) 5 de La Matanza y se realizará en el edificio judicial situado Monseñor Marcón 2406 de San Justo.
El abogado Miguel Angel Pierri, quien junto a Marcelo Biondi representará a la familia de la víctima, dijo a Télam que está previsto que en el juicio declaren unos 30 testigos a lo largo de doce jornadas.
