Tras la entonación del Himno Argentino, se realizarán ofrendas florales, y se hará un minuto de silencio en memoria de los uruguayenses y argentinos muertos y desaparecidos.
En caso de lluvia, la ceremonia se realizará a la misma hora en el Auditorio “Carlos María Scelzi”.
