Agresión al agente de Tránsito: Realizaron allanamiento con resultados positivos
“Tras el repudiable caso de agresión al agente de Tránsito municipal, Carlos Elorza, personal dependiente de la División Investigaciones procedió a dar cumplimiento al mandamiento judicial de allanamiento emanado del Juzgado de Transición y Garantías de esta ciudad.
Fue en horas de la noche de ayer, en el domicilio ubicado en calle Millán y 12 del Norte, habitado o frecuentado por un hombre del cual se preservaron los datos filiatorios, lugar donde se logró el secuestro de una caja de 50 cartuchos proyectiles calibre 22m.m. FM.
Desde Jefatura se informó que dicho procedimiento se realizó en el marco de actuaciones prevencionales iniciadas en comisaría Tercera, por el supuesto delito de abuso de arma de fuego.” (www.03442.com.ar)
