Camioneros se queda con el club Comunicaciones
La Justicia puso al Club Comunicaciones a un paso de ser adquirido por el gremio de Camioneros con la condición de “garantizar la subsistencia” de la asociación civil y de todas sus actividades.
El juez en lo comercial Fernando D’Alessandro declaró “inadmisibles” una propuesta de la Legislatura porteña para hacerse cargo de la deuda y la oferta del empresario periodístico Daniel Hadad.
De aceptar las condiciones que impuso el juez, Camioneros deberá hacerse cargo del pasivo que superaría los 11 millones de pesos. Si sucediera, el gremio invertiría más de 25 millones de pesos en el club.
A cambio se quedará con un predio de 17 hectáreas enclavado en el corazón del barrio de Agronomía, con accesos por las avenidas Beiró y San Martín.
