Caso Acro: Alan Schlenker quedó detenido por otro crimen cometido en Munro
Alan Schlenker, uno de los sindicados ex líderes de la barra brava de River Plate, quedó detenido mientras declaraba en el juicio por el homicidio de hincha “millonario” Gonzalo Acro, pero por el crimen de un hombre asesinado en 2001, en localidad bonaerense de Munro.
El comisario Marcelo Peña, jefe de la Delegación Departamental de Investigaciones (DDI) San Isidro, informó que Alan está imputado del “homicidio agravado por el uso de arma de fuego de Mario Sansi” y por el será indagado por el fiscal Patricio Ferrari, a cargo de esa causa.
Ferrari entró a la sala de audiencias en la que Alan mostraba en un pizarrón una línea de tiempo con cada uno de los partidos de River entre febrero y agosto de 2007, y condujo al imputado a una habitación contigua.
Allí también se dirigieron los jueces Javier Anzoátegui, Hugo Decaría y Héctor Grieben, y los abogados defensores Mariano Cúneo Libarona, Juan Martín Cerolini y Sebastián Rodríguez.
Un testigo presencial de lo que sucedió en ese momento dentro de esa habitación contó a Télam que el fiscal le dijo a Schlenker: – Tiene una orden de detención de un juzgado de San Isidro.
