Caso Ferrer – Nuevo abogado para Picazzo
“Sorpresiva noticia surgió este jueves en horas de la mañana en torno al caso Darío Ferrer, joven asesinado de un disparo de arma de fuego durante un asalto ocurrido el 18 de febrero pasado en Concepción del Uruguay.
Cuando todo estaba listo para que se realizara el próximo lunes a las 10, la audiencia de solicitud de remisión a juicio de la causa, el abogado, Rubén Lobatto, defensor de Laureano Picazzo, principal acusado del crimen, presentó su renuncia como representante del joven.
Ante esta nueva situación, se presume que el lunes no se podría desarrollar la audiencia de solicitud de remisión a juicio de la causa, ya que el abogado que asuma la defensa, seguramente necesitará tiempo para interiorizarse del estado de la causa, de manera de poder ejercer la representación al enfrentar el juicio oral.”
