Caso Ferrer – Polémica por una decisión judicial
La noticia conocida este miércoles respecto a una medida judicial en relación al principal acusado en el caso Darío Ferrer, sorprendió a muchos y sobre todo a Claudia Perdomo, madre del joven asesinado el 18 de febrero pasado. La Justicia, tras un pedido de la defensa de Laureano Picazzo, lo autorizó a ir de visita familiar.
“Me enteré esta tarde y la novedad me cayó como un balde de agua fría”, señaló la madre de Darío en Las Cosas por su Nombre TV, al recibir la noticia de que el joven acusado del homicidio, actualmente alojado en la comisaría del Menor y la Mujer, fue autorizado a concurrir a la casa de su familia a visitar a su hija.
Desde la Policía se informó que la medida fue por disposición de la Jueza de Garantías en Turno, doctora Evangelina Bruzzo, quien por oficio ordenó que Picazzo permanezca por un lapso de dos horas en el domicilio de calle Don Bosco, adelantándose que la medida se repetirá en otras oportunidades durante el mes de julio y agosto.
Para este acercamiento familiar, la Policía debió disponer de tres móviles y al menos seis efectivos para la custodia, dado que se temía por la posibilidad de un intento de fuga, lo que generó el reclamo de la gente, que espera que estos efectivos y patrullas se destinen a la prevención.
