Caso García Belsunce: el juez rechazó el pedido de detención de Irene Hurtig
Así lo dispuso el juez de Garantías N° 1 de San Isidro, Ricardo Costa, que rechazó el pedido de dos fiscales para detenerla porque entiende que no hay elementos suficientes para implicarla como coautora del asesinato de su hermanastra, María Marta García Belsunce.
Para rechazar la solicitud de los fiscales de Pilar Costa argumentó que el hecho de que la voz de Hurtig sea la que se escucha de fondo a la llamada a la ambulancia, no la incrimina como coautora del asesinato.
“Quiero indicar que la circunstancia de que Hurtig sea la persona de sexo femenino que se oye parlamentar de fondo durante la llamada, no alcanza seriamente, para sostener que realizó algún aporte determinante, o tan siquiera secundario, previo o durante la ejecución del hecho, que permitiera su perpetración”, señaló en su resolución.
