El doctor Alberto Bovino es el apoderado legal de Beatriz Rial, madre del militante del P.O. Mariano Ferreyra, quien fuera asesinado de un balazo en octubre de 2010 durante un enfrentamiento entre trabajadores tercerizados de la Línea Roca y empleados efectivos en el barrio porteño de La Matanza.
