Tal como se realizó a nivel provincial con el acuerdo logrado entre el gobierno y algunas empresas productoras de cerdo, también a nivel ciudad se alcanzó un acuerdo entre la Municipalidad y la firma local Porcomagro para la implementación en Concepción del Uruguay del programa “Cerdo para Todos”, buscando incentivar la incorporación de la carne de cerdo como alternativa a la dieta de las familias, y teniendo en cuenta su beneficios para la economía familiar. En este sentido, se reunieron el Intendente Carlos Schepens y Omar Alba, responsable de la empresa, quien habló en Las Cosas por su Nombre y dio un detalle de los días de venta, horarios, variedades y costos de los bolsones. 01-08-2013 omar alba – cerdo para todos
