Duras críticas a Oyarbide por la investigación sobre el escándalo de los Schoklender
La Cámara Federal criticó al juez Norberto Oyarbide por su actuación en la causa contra el ex apoderado de la Fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo Sergio Schoklender, su hermano Pablo y otros imputados por defraudación al Estado y lavado de dinero, al señalar el “errado direccionamiento” que le dio a la investigación “para el descubrimiento de la verdad”.
En el fallo, el camarista Eduardo Freiler dijo que la dirección que le dio Oyarbide a la causa hace que encontrar las pruebas resulte “tan difícil como hallar una aguja en un pajar, un pajar que el propio magistrado se ha encargado de construir”, informaron hoy fuentes judiciales.
La Cámara hizo estas criticas al anular una resolución de Oyarbide en la cual había confirmado una serie de restricciones a imputados en la causa y reprochó al juez haber mantenido durante medio año el secreto de sumario.
