El FMI admite haber sufrido un ataque de hackers durante meses
Lograron ingresar en el sistema que almacena información confidencial sobre la situación financiera de diversos países.
Después del escándalo en el que se vio envuelto a raíz de las acusaciones de abuso sexual contra su ex director, Dominique Strauss Kahn, ahora debió admitir que fue víctima de un ingenioso y gran ataque informático en los últimos meses.
Se trata de un “ingenioso” ataque de hackers que lograron ingresar en el sistema que almacena información confidencial sobre la situación financiera de diversos países.
Aseguran que aún se desconoce la dimensión del ataque, pero según las fuentes internas citadas, es grave.
Señala que la preocupación llevó a que el Banco Mundial decidiera por precaución cortar una conexión digital que mantenía con el FMI para intercambiar información.
