El forense dijo que a María Marta la remataron con cuatro disparos en el piso
El juicio por encubrimiento del crimen de María Marta sumó un nuevo capítulo. El médico forense que practicó la autopsia declaró ante el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal 1 de San Isidro y sostuvo que el asesino de García Belsunce no es un experto tirador y aportó un dato escalofriante: la víctima fue rematada en el piso con cuatro disparos en la cabeza.
En base a las lesiones que encontró en las piernas y especialmente en la parte superior de la frente, el forense Héctor Horacio Moreira explicó que María Marta primero fue brutalmente golpeada y luego recibió los seis disparos en la cabeza, pero en distintas secuencias.
Según el legista, el primer balazo fue “el de rebote”, es decir, la famosa “bala-pituto” calibre 32 que no llegó a penetrar en el cráneo y luego fue arrojada al inodoro por el imputado Juan Hurtig, medio hermano de María Marta.
“Ese disparo no llegó a comprometer su vida, ni a derribar a la víctima”, consideró Moreira, quien el 2 de diciembre de 2002, cuando fue convocado por el fiscal Diego Molina Pico para hacer la autopsia, se desempeñaba en la Policía Científica de San Isidro.
