El Senado provincial sancionó definitivamente la nueva ley orgánica municipal que reemplazará la ley 3001.
El texto, que es una propuesta que conjuga la iniciativa que impulsó Jorge Busti y la que propició la bancada radical deberá ser promulgada ahora por el Poder Ejecutivo.
La nueva ley establece cambios en la edad jubilatoria de los municipales, una nueva ecuación para la constitución de los Concejos Deliberantes y también le confiere al viceintendente mayores facultades, entre otros puntos.
