El Tano cocinó para Radio9 Fideos moño con salsa a la mediterranea

Ingredientes
1 cebolla
1 diente de ajo
5tomates grandes
1 cubito de verdura
Orégano
10 aceitunas negras
10 aceitunas verdes
Alcaparras
400 gr de fideo( medio paquete). Se calcula 100grs de fideo por persona
2 latas de atún al natural
Preparación
Cortar en láminas finas en diente de ajo y pasar los tomates por agua hirviendo para pelarlos.Luego cortarlos en cubos.
Colocar los tomates en una sartén, agregar todos los ingredientes, una pizca de azúcar y un vaso de vino blanco.
Aparte cocinar los fideos durante 10 minutos. Escurrir y agregarlos a la salsa. A l final espolvoreamos con queso y servimos.
