Escrachan a los padres separados que no les pasan dinero a sus hijos
291 mendocinos se hicieron “famosos” en su provincia, pero no precisamente por un buen motivo. Sus nombres aparecieron en el listado de deudores de cuotas alimentarias que el Gobierno publicó, por primera vez, en los principales diarios locales.
La medida, inédita en el país, se puso en práctica luego de un trabajo conjunto de los tres poderes. El Legislativo modificó en julio la ley 8.326, de deudores de cuotas alimentarias, y el Judicial entregó el Registro de Morosos Alimentarios para que el Ejecutivo hiciera efectivo el “escrache” a los padres que durante 3 meses consecutivos o 5 alternados no han pagado sus obligaciones de manutención.
El ministro de Gobierno, Félix González, reconoció por su parte que la medida “va a generar polémica, pero lo que pretendemos es que el tema se instale en el debate social y genere compromiso por parte de los padres”.
El listado será publicado una vez al mes en los diarios de mayor tirada de la provincia , aunque esa información se podrá consultar en cualquier momento a través de Internet.
Allí aparece el nombre completo y el número de DNI del moroso, junto al número de expediente y el juzgado en el cual se tramita la causa.
“No se pretende castigar a quien no puede pagar, y queremos que cada vez haya menos personas en este registro. Porque la problemática es mucho más profunda que la difusión de 291 nombres”, agregó González.
