Estados Unidos: los indignados de Wall Street marcharon a las casas de los millonarios
Los “indignados” de Wall Street, marcharon hacia las casas de algunos multimillonarios de Nueva York para “exponer a los actores que trabajan para producir y mantener la desigualdad” en la ciudad y para demandar cambios económicos reales.
Desde que este grupo de manifestantes inició las protestas y el acampe en Nueva York, las demostraciones fueron adquiriendo forma y ciudades de todo Estados Unidos para denunciar la avaricia de las corporaciones de Wall Street a las que acusan de dominar la política estadounidense.
En la nueva convocatoria miles de personas marcharon desde la Quinta Avenida y la calle 59, hacia las casas particulares del directivo de fondos de inversión, John Paulson; el director de JP Morgan Chase, Jamie Dimon; y el multimillonario David Koch.
Con la consigna de mantener el “impuesto a los millonarios” que en diciembre próximo vencerá, los manifestantes marcharon por las calles de Manhattan con carteles de grandes cheques en sus manos, una de las acciones que llevará adelante la agrupación Occupy Wall Street durante toda la semana con el mismo objetivo.
