Europa flexibilizaría las condiciones para evitar el default griego
Un borrador que analizan los ministros de la zona Euro propone extender los plazos de los préstamos y bajar la tasa de interés. Podrían adoptar estímulos similares para Irlanda y Portugal.
?Ya circula un borrador con las medidas que el Eurogrupo tomaría para rescatar a los países en crisis. El Fondo Europeo de Estabilidad Financiera, proporcionaría préstamos a Grecia, Irlanda y Portugal a tasas de interés más bajas y a plazos más largos.
Los plazos de los préstamos se duplicarán: pasarían de 7,5 años hasta 15 años. En tanto, el tipo de interés bajará desde el 4,5%, como en el caso de Grecia y Portugal, hasta el 3,5%.
“Esto será acompañado de un mecanismo que asegura unos incentivos apropiados para implementar el programa, incluyendo acuerdos de garantías en aquellos casos que sea apropiado“, sostiene el borrador que ya circula por la prensa europea. Esto se interpretó como un guiño a la exigencia finlandesa de presentar garantías para los nuevos préstamos.
