El fiscal de Estado, Julio Rodríguez Signes, indicó que el gobierno tomará posesión de parte de las 13.000 hectáreas de tierra ubicadas en las islas Las Lechiguanas, vendidas ilegítimamente.
“Es un acto de fundamental importancia, ya que vamos a ir a recuperar inmuebles mal vendidos en zona del Delta entrerriano”, realzó.
Igualmente, remarcó que las islas están en el límite de Entre Ríos y Buenos Aires, frente al puerto de Ibicuy, y tienen “un enorme futuro para el transporte marítimo de toda la Argentina”.
El hecho nodal está en un decreto del 25 de julio de 1980, que firmó el entonces gobernador de facto Carlos Aguirre.
