Histórica reforma en Cuba: sus habitantes podrán viajar al extranjero como turistas
El gobierno de Raúl Castro autorizará a los cubanos a viajar como turistas al extranjero, por primera vez en medio siglo, según el plan de reformas difundido.
Asimismo, los cubanos podrán vender sus casas y sus autos. Los “Lineamientos de la Política Económica” recientemente aprobados por el VI Congreso del PCC fueron publicados, así como una tabla en la que se explica cada uno de ellos y los cambios desde el documento original que fue debatido por cientos de miles de personas a fines del año pasado.
En este contexto se incorporó la posibilidad de comprar y vender automóviles entre particulares, hasta ahora vedada para los cubanos, y se amplió, a partir de un artículo en el documento original, a la adquisición de casas por parte de las personas naturales.
