Ingredientes:
2paquetes acelga
Aceite
Leche
Queso rallado
Ajo, Perejil y orégano
Sal
Preparación:
Lavar la acelga y cortar bien finitas y poner en un bol o en una cacerola.Agregamos 1/2 pocillo de aceite,1/4 de leche, queso rallado, 1 pocillo ( los de café) de arroz crudo ,condimientos y 4 o 5 huevos crudos.
Luego volcamos todo sobre la tapa de pascualina y agregamos 4 o 5 huevos crudos. Tapamos y lo llevamos al horno.
