Hoy Analía cocinó para Radio 9 empanadas sanjuaninas para celíacos
Ingredientes:
1 taza de leche en polvo
1/2 taza de mandioca
1 taza de fécula de maíz
1 huevo
Sal a gusto
Preparación:
En una cacerola colocar 1 cucharada de harina de mandioca y 100 cm3 de agua y revolver constantemente hasta que quede transparente.
Para la masa en un bol:
la taza de leche en polvo, la fécula de maíz, el huevo y la pizca de sal ( OJO que cuesta el armado).
Sobre la mesada colocamos un poco de maizena y hacemos con la masa pequeños bollitos. Estiramos con un palote NO MUY FINA PORQUE SE ROMPE.
El relleno : a gusto
