Receta (online) de hoy supremas a la naranja:
¿Qué comprar?
-1 suprema por comenzal
-Un poco de pan del dia anterior
-Perejil
-1/2 vaso de leche
-1 cucharada de queso rallado si es posible en hebras
-2 cucharadas de mozzarella por persona
-1/2 longaniza 120 gr aprox desmenuzada
-Un poco de manteca y una cucharada de mostaza llevar a punto pomada (untable)
-Jugo de naranja
-Pimienta molida un toque
Receta:
“En un bowl poner la leche la pimienta sacarle la piel a la longaniza y desgranarla y agregar el queso rallado la mozzarella y el pan en lo posible la miga sola hacer un pasticho no muy aguachento agregar el perejil abrir la suprema por la mitad sin terminar de cortarla (mariposa) hacer un chorizo con el pasticho ponerlo en el interior y cerrar untar toda la suprema con la mezcla de manteca y mostaza poner sobre la mesada un film de plastico (el que viene en rollo para la cocina) poner una suprema y hacer un caramelo (tomar el film de los bordes y hacerlo rotar poner en asadera alta y agregar jugo de naranja hasta un cuarto de la altura (casi un dedo ) cocinar 18minutos rotando de vez en cuando en horno 200 ° guarnicion cualquier ensalada verde bien jugosa para mantener untuosidad al comerlo que no se seque en la boca para guardar en freezer dejar enfriar en el liquido de la asadera guardar con el film tal como se cocino ya que este le hara conservar todo el sabor intacto puede comerse frio o caliente pero al desfreezar agregar algo de caldo para que no se reseque si se quiere servir frio preparar un poquito de mayonesa un poco de queso blanco aceite de oliva una pizca pimienta molida pizca de sal una hojita de albahaca picada refinita mezclar cortar rebanadas de la suprema apercianar en el plato y esparcir la salsa sobre las crestas de las rodajas conviene acompañar este plato con pan casero tostado frotado con tomate y ajo y ensalada de hojas verdes bien jugosas.”
