Hoy Graciela cocinó para Radio9 pollo al ajillo

1 pollo
1 cabeza de ajo
1 vaso de vino blanco
1 vaso de agua
Condimentos a gusto
Trozar el pollo y quitar la piel.
Colocar en un recipiente y dorarlo. Lo sacamos de esa olla o sartén y colocamos ajo (lo doramos) y se agrega el vaso de vino blanco y el vaso de agua.
Además agregamos sal,condimentos para pizza, provenzal y en 40 o 45 minutos tenemos listo este rico pollo al ajillo
Se lo puede acompañar papas al natural.
