Hoy Leticia cocinó para Radio9 tarta de calabaza

Ingredientes:
1disco de tarta
1 calabaza
1cebolla
1 ají
100gr de paleta
3huevos
50gr de queso rallado
Preparación:
Hervir la calabaza.
Rehogar en manteca o aceite, la cebolla picada y el ají. Dejar enfriar y agregarle la paleta picada.
Escurrimos bien la calabaza, hacemos un puré y mezclamos todo con 2 huevos y volcamos toda la preparación sobre la tapa de tarta. Le agregamos arriba queso rallado y batir un huevo (para darle color a la preparación)
Llevar a horno 20 minutos.
Con el otro disco que nos queda lo estiramos y:
Colocamos cualquier fruta, mermelada o dulce de leche.1 huevo batido y azúcar y envolvemos.
Pintamos con huevo y llevamos al horno
