Hoy Marta cocinó para Radio9 arrollado de carne de pollo

1kg carne picada de pollo
3dientes de ajo
Miga d epan, remojado en leche
Papel film
Morrón colorado
Condimentar la carne picada con perejil, ajo orégano, batir los huevos, el pan rallado previamente escurrido y la agregamos a la preparación anterior.
Extender la preparación sobre el papel film, y sobre la preparación agregarle queso mantecoso, el morrón en tiritas, jamón.
Envolvemos y presionamos bien en las puntas.
Hervir aproximadamente 20 minutos, lo sacamos y dejamos que se enfrie en rodajas
