Hoy Mary cocinó para Radio9 tarta de durazno

200gr de harina leudante
100gr de azúcar
50gr de manteca
1 lata de durazno
1 caja de postre de vainilla
Esencia de vainilla o ralladura de limón
Harina leudante, azúcar, manteca y esencia de vainilla. Unimos con los dedos sin amasar
Enmantecar un molde de pizza, forrar el molde con masa y poner en el horno bien caliente por 10 minutos aproximandamente.
Retiramos del horno,cortamos los duraznos en gajitos y colocarlos sobre la masa.
Con el jugo de los duraznos preparamos el postre de vainilla a fuego lento hasta romper el hervor. Retiramos del fuego. Casi caliente volcamos todo sobre los duraznos.
