2tazas harina leudante

3 huevos
Ralladura de limón
Esencia de vainilla
Preparación:
Mezclar el azúcar y los 3 huevos por 3 minutos. Añadir la taza de aceite, harina, ralladura de limón y la esencia de vainilla y batir 3 minutos.
Colocar la preparacion en un molde y llevarlo al horno por media hora.
Se le puede agregar chispitas de chocolate, dulce de batata, nueces, etc
