Se coloca en la olla la acelga picada bien chiquita, las dos tazas de arroz, el caldito de verduras, las 4 1 /2 de tazas de agu, los 3 chorizos desmenuzados.
Luego se tapa la olla y se deja cocinar por unos 20 o 25 minutos a fuego mínimo.
Cuando casi este el arroz se apaga el fuego, se le agrega el queso cremoso y se deja que se derrita.
