“Personal policial es alertado, en la fecha, en horas de la mañana, de que en circunstancias en que la cocinera arriba al edificio, observa a tres menores que estaban sacando elementos de la Dirección de la Escuela Primaria, previo sacar un vidrio de la puerta, quienes al notar la presencia de ésta abandonan en el patio interno los elementos que tenían preparados para llevarse (grabadores, estetoscopio, cámaras digitales, flash, filmadora y otros elementos) y se dan a la fuga sin lograr sustraer nada, iniciándose las correspondientes actuaciones prevencionales por Tentativa de Hurto. Posteriormente personal de Comisaría Minoridad acude al Establecimiento ante otro llamado telefónico, por cuanto otra vez los menores habrían ingresado al mismo lugar, lo que fue constatado por la Directora de la Institución, lográndose aprehender a tres niños de 11 años con domicilio en Barrio La Quilmes y además alumnos del lugar, quienes ya se hallaban dentro de la Dirección, los que quedaron relacionados a la causa mencionada. Con conocimiento del Juzgado de Minoridad y Familia, ordenándose la entrega de los menores a sus responsables legales.”
