“En horas de la tarde de este domingo se realizó una audiencia en los Tribunales de Concepción del Uruguay, donde el fiscal Fernando Lomardi, solicitó la prisión preventiva de 14 detenidos en la noche de furia vivida el pasado jueves.
La audiencia fue presidida por el juez de Garantías, doctor Mariano Martínez, a quien la parte acusatoria le solicitó una presión preventiva por 15 días, de manera de continuar con la investigación, posición a lo que se negaron los defensores, Gazali, Cabrera y Romero.
El fiscal sostiene que hay elementos de importancia para imputar a los detenidos, señalando que fueron aprehendidos durante el tumulto y la agresión que se registrara durante el intento de saqueos.
La audiencia pasó a un cuarto intermedio dispuesto por el juez que resolverá la cuestión, en tanto que se espera una segunda audiencia para este lunes a la que serán llevados los cuatro últimos detenidos del viernes, para quienes también se pedirá la prisión preventiva, esperándose que el magistrado resuelva una vez finalizada esta diligencia.” (Fuente: Pablo Bianchi – www.03442.com.ar)
