La AFIP trabó un embargo millonario contra la Inmobiliaria Cappelletti de Gualeguaychú
En el marco de una causa por supuesta evasión impositiva, la Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP) Entre Ríos, trabó un embargo preventivo de unos cinco millones de pesos contra la Inmobiliaria Cappelletti de Gualeguaychú.
Según se informó, el embargo alcanzó viviendas y terrenos de quienes conformaron la sociedad de hecho que funciona en la Inmobiliaria.
En tanto, fuentes judiciales revelaron también, que la cifra de evasión que se investiga “podría ser mucho más alta”, y en tal marco, aclararon que el valor “no es final, sino que se hizo un ajuste rápido para un embargo preventivo”.
Por otro lado, se anticipó también que podrían trabarse embargos contra otros compradores y vendedores de operaciones realizadas con ese grupo inmobiliario.
