La Cámara Federal confirmó el procesamiento del ex titular de los bancarios Juan José Zanola, pero declaró nula la prisión preventiva.
Sin embargo, por el momento el gremialista no recuperará la libertad en el marco de la causa por la mafia de los medicamentos.
La Sala II de la Cámara confirmó la ampliación del procesamiento de Juan José Zanola, Paula Aballay, Néstor Lorenzo y Susana Fionna por considerarlos responsables de fraude a la administración pública.
La resolución dictada por los jueces Horacio Rolando Cattani, Martín Irurzun y Eduardo G. Farah también confirmó los procesamientos dictados anteriormente por haber constituido una asociación ilícita para distribuir y entregar medicamentos adulterados.
Además, ordenó al juez federal Oyarbide que vuelva a fundamentar los motivos por los que el sindicalista bancario debería seguir detenido.
La medida también alcanza a su esposa Paula Aballay, a Lorenzo y a Fionna.
