La Cámara federal procesó al proveedor de Camioneros por los troqueles falsos
Se trata del titular de la droguería Urbana, Marcos Hendler. También procesó al auditor de la obra social y al gerente de Prestaciones de la APE por irregularidades en los medicamentos que la obra social dijo haber entregado a sus afiliados para poder cobrar reintegros.
La Cámara Federal porteña confirmó los procesamientos del principal proveedor de medicamentos de la obra social de los Camioneros (OSCHOCA), de un gerente de la Administración de Programas Especiales (APE) y de un auditor de esa prestadora de salud tras detectar troqueles truchos en los medicamentos que la obra social dijo haber entregado a sus afiliados para poder cobrar cuantiosos reintegros del Estado Nacional.
Además, le ordenó al juez Claudio Bonadío, a cargo de la causa, seguir investigando unos 200 expedientes secuestrados en APE y en la obra social del gremio de Hugo Moyano.
La acusación vincula a los tres imputados en el cobro indebido de reintegros por costosos remedios contra el cáncer tras la presentación de troqueles adulterados.
