La fiscalía pide juicio oral para Pedraza y otros nueve acusados por el crimen de Mariano Ferreyra
El fiscal Fernando Fiszer pidió que el titular de la Unión Ferroviaria, José Pedraza, y otros nueve procesados y detenidos por el crimen del militante del Partido Obrero Mariano Ferreyra vayan a juicio oral por el delito de homicidio calificado.
Junto con Pedraza, está acusado el número dos del gremio, Juan Carlos “Gallego” Fernández, ambos considerados “instigadores” del homicidio, cometido el 20 de octubre pasado en proximidades de las vias del ferrocarril Roca, en el barrio de Barracas.
En un escrito de más de un centenar de páginas, el fiscal consideró probado que hubo un “concurso premeditado” y una organización para “escarmentar” a los empleados tercerizados que reclamaban su efectivización.
Fiszer sostuvo que los jefes gremiales instigaron el crimen para “asegurar el poder económico y político” del gremio, dado que habitualmente designaba a los trabajadores que entraban a trabajar a la UGOFE, que gestiona el ferrocarril Roca.
