El Juzgado de Familia y Penal de Niños y Adolescentes de Concepción del Uruguay habilitó por primera vez un cambio de sexo y nombre.
Además, autorizó que se modifiquen los datos en los títulos primarios y secundarios, en la cédula federal y en el padrón electoral.
Se trata de una persona de 28 años, cuya operación de reasignación de sexo -de hombre a mujer- se haría en La Plata.
En tanto, en Paraná deberá tramitar la nueva documentación. “Mi clienta comenzará con los trámites administrativos para que pueda adquirir una coherencia entre su identidad en ejercicio, que es la femenina, y su documentación”, explicó la abogada que patrocinó el pedido ante la Justicia, Alejandra Nuñez.
