Las obras para reubicar al Correo Argentino permitirán poner en valor todo el frente de la Municipalidad Vieja
Profesionales del Departamento Arquitectura del Correo Argentino estuvieron en nuestra ciudad para recorrer el espacio donde serán reubicadas sus oficiales locales, en parte del edificio municipal de Galarza y Supremo Entrerriano.
Junto a los secretarios de Gobierno, Luis Carrozzo, y de Obras Públicas, Ricardo Argüello, el ingeniero Jorge Saal y el arquitecto Víctor Arellano estuvieron en el lugar con el fin de definir los últimos puntos que serán incorporados al proyecto ya presentado, para que en el menor tiempo posible la Municipalidad llame a licitación para realizar las refacciones necesarias.
De acuerdo al pedido de las autoridades municipales, la obra incluirá una puesta en valor integral de toda la fachada del edificio, no sólo del sector que ocupará el Correo.
También se realizará a nuevo toda la vereda y se construirán rampas de acceso para personas discapacitadas tanto por calle Supremo Entrerriano como por Galarza.
Además se incluirá la puesta en valor del monumento a Francisco Ramírez, ubicado en la esquina, en un punto en el cual antiguamente se ubicaba la verja que protegía al viejo edificio.
