Sal y pimienta a gusto
Aceite
Preparación:
Aceitar y espolvorear 1 bidenera.
Colocar las rodajas de zanahoria, luego el choclo. Colocar el queso cuartirolo y sobre él los zapallitos en rodajas.
En un bol batir los huevos, la leche, la maicena y el condimento.
Distribuir la mezcla sobre las verduras.
Tapar y cocinar a fuego mínimo hasta finalizar la cocina y desmoldar en tibio
Rico y  fácil . BUEN PROVECHO
