Entre doce postulantes, quienes desfilaron primero con ropa sport y luego en ropa elegante, fue coronada Reina María Cecilia Duran, de 16 años, como Reina de Concepción del Uruguay.
En la elección realizada por el jurado invitado también fueron elegida como primera princesa Ivana Aguirre Cosso, de 21 años, y segunda princesa resultó Antonella Zarini, de 16 años. Duran representará de esta forma a la ciudad en diferentes eventos y presentaciones.
