El lunes 27 de octubre se llevó a cabo una protesta en el edificio municipal de Concepción del Uruguay, realizada por la Federación de Cartoneros en apoyo a la Cooperativa de trabajo local “Rocío Lorena Quinteros”. Martín Carpenco, integrante de la Federación, visitó los estudios de Radio 9 donde declaró que “pretenden que se haga un convenio entre la municipalidad y la cooperativa”, señalando además que “lo que más preocupa es que criminalicen la marcha y crean que la gente que estuvo en la manifestación no estuvieran por convicción propia”.
