Ingredientes
6 u 8 berenjenas
1 morrón rojo
4 dientes de ajo
300grs de queso cremoso o muzzarella
Condimento para pizza
Aceite de oliva
Preparación
Pelar las berenjenas, cortar en rodajas y dorar hasta quedar transparente.
Colocar el morrón directamente sobre el fuego de la hornalla, luego mojarlas en agua y se pela solo.
Picar los dientes de ajo, condimentar a gusto y agregarle el queso cremoso y acompañarlo con arroz blanco.
