El Gobierno porteño denunció a la ministra de Seguridad de la Nación, Nilda Garré, y al jefe de la Policía federal Argentina, comisario Enrique Capdevila, por la decisión de levantar las custodias policiales en hospitales, escuelas y otros edificios públicos de la ciudad.
Y ya analiza si suma otra denuncia en los próximos días por la rescinsión del contrato de los adicionales.
La presentación fue hecha por un director de la Procuración Gral de la Ciudad, que conduce Ramiro Monner Sans, en los tribunales federales de Comodoro Py por “incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionario público” y por violación de la ley 24588, artículo 7, la llamada “ley Cafiero”.
Los funcionarios porteños reaccionaron de este modo ante la ausencia de efectivos de la Federal en la custodia de establecimientos escolares, hospitales, parques, plazas y edificios oficiales dependientes del GCBA.
