Piden investigar un contrato entre Madres de Plaza de Mayo y la empresa de Schoklender
El fiscal federal Jorge Di Lello pidió hoy al juez Norberto Oyaerbide que investigue el contrato que unía a la empresa Meldorek, de Sergio Schoklender, con la Fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo para la construcción de viviendas sociales.
La medida de prueba solicitada por el fiscal se conoció un día después de que el magistrado aceptara a las Madres como querellantes en la causa contra su ex apoderado, de modo que la considera víctimas del presunto delito de defraudación y lavado de dinero.
El fiscal también citó a Schoklender para que esté presente la semana que viene cuando abra las ocho cajas con documentación aportada por el ex apoderado de las Madres, con la que piensa desvincularse de las imputaciones en su contra.
