Provinciales: A través de una ordenanza autorizaron el consumo de alcohol a partir del los 15 años en Gobernador Mansilla
A principios de junio, la Junta de Fomento de Gobernador Mansilla, departamento Tala aprobó una iniciativa por la cual quedó permitida la venta de alcohol a menores de 15 años. La ordenanza Nº 05/11 que reglamentó “medidas de seguridad y horarios de inicio y terminación de espectáculos públicos”, regula la actividad nocturna y establece las obligaciones de los organizadores de espectáculos.
Lo relevante está contenido en el artículo dos que establece: “Disponer que el acceso a los locales deberá estar habilitado a más tardar a la hora 0, debiendo concluir, con cierre total del local en que se desarrolla, a más tardar a la hora 6, estando vedada la venta de bebidas alcohólicas dentro o fuera del local pasada la hora 5 y en todo momento, a personas menores de 15 años”.
En tanto, los concejales reconocieron que “pudo no haberse leído toda la legislación preexistente”, en alusión a las leyes nacionales y provinciales que prohíben en todo el territorio la venta a menores de 18 años.
