Provinciales:Por un polémico fallo, el IOSPER no cubrirá el tratamiento a un niño autista
La Corte Suprema de Justicia rechazó un recurso extraordinario para que el Instituto de Obra Social de la Provincia de Entre Ríos (IOSPER) cubra los gastos de un tratamiento especial requerido por un niño que padece una forma particular de autismo.
El costo de las prácticas reclamadas ronda los 5.000 pesos. La decisión adoptada por la Corte Suprema de Justicia a través del voto Ricardo Lorenzetti, Elena Highton de Nolasco, Enrique Petracchi, Juan Carlos Maqueda y Carmen Argibay, convalida una sentencia del Superior Tribunal de la provincia, que decidió privilegiar los fondos de la obra social.
