Un grupo de vecinos, beneficiarios de las 120 viviendas del barrio Vicoer, se hicieron presentes en los estudios de Radio 9 para contarnos en qué etapa se encuentra la concreción de este barrio. Marianela, Flavia y Guillermo dieron detalles de esta obra de la cual, luego de 2 años de haber terminado de pagar el terreno, aún no tienen novedades.no x las casas
