Schoklender busca correr a Oyarbide de la investigación
El ex apoderado de la Fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo Sergio Schoklender volvió a Tribunales para pedir el apartamiento del juez Norberto Oyarbide.
El ex apoderado quiere que la causa pase a manos del juez federal subrogante Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi, que había recibido la primera denuncia.
El ex apoderado sostuvo que Martínez de Giorgi investiga “hechos idénticos” a los de Oyarbide y que debe asumir la totalidad de la investigación porque recibió la primera denuncia por el escándalo.
Era de un abogado particular contra Hebe de Bonafini, Julio De Vido y Aníbal Fernández.
“Esa identidad en la causa y objeto de la investigación, es decir, que la misma versa sobre los mismos hechos, deriva en una doble persecución penal”, recordó Schoklender.
Y dijo que eso puede dar lugar a “la sanción de pronunciamientos contradictorios”.
