Se pospuso el juicio por el encubrimiento del crimen de María Marta
El juicio en el que siete familiares y amigos están acusados del encubrimiento del crimen de María Marta García Belsunce, cometido en 2002 en el country Carmel de Pilar, se postergó porque uno de los imputados, Constantino Hurtig, padrastro de la víctima, sufrió una afección cardíaca.
Si bien el Tribunal había fijado el 4 de abril próximo como fecha de inicio del debate, a raíz del trastorno médico que padeció Hurtig decidió posponerlo para el próximo 18 de mayo.
Hurtig, quien era el padrastro de María Marta y es un reconocido médico pediatra, es uno de los familiares y amigos a los que en su momento el fiscal Diego Molina Pico imputó y elevó a juicio acusados de realizar distintas acciones y maniobras para encubrir el asesinato.
