Susana cocinó para Radio 9 Cartofeld
Poner agua a hervir con una pizca de sal y pimienta.
Con harina y agua hacemos unos pequeños bollitos y le damos forma de ñoquis. Con una cucharita o tenedor las vamos colocando en la olla con agua.
Además, cortamos papas en cuadraditos y también las ponemos a hervir. Una vez listo se las saca de la olla.
A parte en un sartén u olla ponemos unas gotitas de aceite y picamos cebollas de verdura. Las dejamos que lleguen a estar transparentes y agregamos los ñoquis y las papas.
