Tras liberarlo, el juez vuelve a la carga contra Sobrero
El juez federal subrogante Juan Manuel Yalj volvió a insistir con inculpar al delegado gremial de izquierda Rubén “Pollo” Sobrero por la quema de trenes de mayo pasado.
“Nosotros pensamos que Sobrero está detrás de la quema de vagones” , sostuvo el juez que hace diez días detuvo al gremialista para excarcelarlo cuatro días después.
“Al menos por las pruebas colectadas, el que se ha beneficiado con todos estos siniestros en el ramal Sarmiento es el señor Sobrero, donde paralelamente se han logrado ventajas para su agrupación, como por ejemplo después de la quema de los trenes se formaliza la reincorporación de los tercerizados”, expresó el juez.
El abogado que hace de conjuez en el juzgado federal 2 de San Martín deberá resolver en los próximos días la situación procesal de Sobrero, a quien acusó de ser el organizador de una asociación ilícita destinada a cometer estragos y extorsionar a la concesionaria del Sarmiento, la empresa TBA.
